A piece of big news is coming out about ‘Boss OTT 2’ winner Elvish Yadav. The Noida Police arrested the YouTuber on Sunday. The reason for this arrest is a case related to snake venom. After his arrest, Elvish was produced in Surajpur court. Now the court has sent him to judicial custody for 14 days.

The FIR, filed on the complaint of Gaurav Gupta, the NGO’s animal welfare officer, stated, “We received information that YouTuber Elvish Yadav and his associates shoot videos with snake venom and live snakes in Noida and NCR farmhouses, organizing illegal rave parties. Foreign girls are allegedly called, and snake venom and intoxicants are consumed.”

The Youtuber will remain in Luxor jail for 14 days remand. In this case, the DCP stated that they found evidence leading to Elvish’s arrest.

Elvish Yadav Arrested: The Noida police arrested YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav in the snake venom case. Yadav, along with five Delhi residents, is accused of selling snake venom at rave parties in the National Capital Region.

Acting on a tip-off from People for Animals, an NGO led by BJP Sultanpur MP Maneka Gandhi, the police apprehended five individuals at the Chevron banquet hall in Noida Sector 51 in November 2023. Though Yadav was named in the FIR, he wasn’t detained initially. However, after two rounds of interrogation, the police collected evidence against him.

Manish Kumar Mishra, additional DCP of Noida, stated that Elvish Yadav would soon appear before a court.

During the raid, police confiscated 20ml of snake venom, five cobras, one python, two two-headed snakes, and a rat snake. Krait venom was detected in samples sent to the forensic science laboratory in Jaipur.

The FIR was filed under IPC section 120B and Wildlife Act sections at Sector 49 police station.
